• You support Core Area Managers and Team leaders with competence development, retail foundation,
• You work closely with the Commercial team to ensure customers are provided with a positive shopping experience.
• You actively contribute and support to handle Range changes effectively.
• You actively support and develop co-operation with other functions, by sharing knowledge, in order to present the range in the most commercially profitable way.
•You train/coach the coworkers based on knowledge about IKEA range, concept, manuals, guidelines and identified best practices.
