O Operate and optimize local digtal channels - Manage Korea social media & local website and engement strategy - Design, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention. - Liaise with APAC digital marketing strategy - Grow and nurture Korea end-user marketing database including engagement metrics, effectiveness - Collaborate with internal and external ecommerce channels to drive online sales - Optimise spend and performance across social channels - Share best practises to optimise web content across Company.com instances to increase traffic and improve SEO
