Full-Time Project Manager (On-site : Seoul, Ahyeon station)
We’re looking for a full-time Project Manager to join our international team on-site in Seoul (북아현동) and take charge of daily operations. You will coordinate a small but growing team of content creators (writers, video editors, designers) and ensure that all educational projects are delivered on time and with quality.
This is a key role that will allow the founder to focus more on product development, while you handle team organization and project tracking.

About Us
We run KajaKorea / KajaCoree, a bilingual platform (English / French) that helps people learn Korean through practical courses, books, videos, and online tools.
Our content is produced in-house by a small team of passionate creators. We’re now looking for someone who can take over the day-to-day team and project management.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate our in-house content team (6-7 people)
- Track and manage multiple ongoing projects (books, videos, podcast, online tools, app…)
- Organize tasks and team schedules
- Ensure deadlines are met and content meets expectations
- Do quality control before final validation
- Communicate with the founder and share weekly progress updates
- Propose workflow improvements

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination or team management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable using tools like Notion, Trello, Google Drive, etc.
- Good command of English (reading and working level required)
- Strong interest in Korean language education and digital content

Job Details
- Location: On-site, Seoul (북아현동)
- Full-Time: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
- Trial period: 3 months
- Start date: As soon as possible
