Sr. Specialist, Store Operation - Instore Activation
Purpose
& Overall Relevance for the Organization
Take responsibilities to excute instore activation in all retail stores and drive to become the best comsumer experience brand
Key Responsibilities
1) Made For You anc City Shop
Create and develop MFY graphic, patch, footware acc etc. based on adidas policy
Market research to analyze trend in order to develop own MFY design and product etc.
Leading and manage MFY store team for proper operation and provie strategy for boost up store KPI¡¯s
Store inventory check and order items in timeManage product and design for the City Shop stores sales boost up
In line with store NS target, proactively involve MFY & City Shop project
2) In Store Activation
Plan and execute instore activation by monthly, quarterly and yearly by store
GWP plan and product produce
Vendor manage include performance, contract, PR etc.
3) Design and concept creation
Execute seasonal plans for MFY, City Shop, and SMU (Special Make Up) projects
Develop creative designs aligned with key brand and city mood
Facilitate proper design and concept in line with Brand and IP guideline
4) MaEx
Budget
mamagement
Budgetting for yearly MFY & City shop and Instore activations
GWP yearly budget
Forecast and control MaEx based on designated budget

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
At least 5 years of work experience in Retail store and brand
Communication & Negotiation skills, & Project Management Skills .
Customer service Retail enviroment exsperience
University degree or above
Advanced IT skills in outlook, work, excel, PowerPoint
Excellent written and spoken English
