[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] Job Description • Expand partnerships with overseas organizers, entertainment companies, agencies, and ticketing platforms. • Integrate event projects with travel products to maximize resource synergy. • Lead co-marketing initiatives for concerts and music festivals, including negotiation of partnership resources, planning and executing marketing campaigns to drive both revenue growth and brand reputation. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with event partners, oversee and ensure the successful delivery and quality of collaborative projects. • Act as the project PMO, coordinating cross-functional collaboration with internal teams such as Marketing, Sales, and Product departments.
Job Requirements • 5+ years of relevant experience, with a background in business development and marketing for concerts or music festivals. Experience in managing overseas projects is highly preferred. • Hands-on experience in the ticketing platform or entertainment industry with strong industry networks. Ability to quickly identify and secure relevant resources. International entertainment industry connections are a plus¡£ • Priority given to candidates with Korean entertainment industry resources. • Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of managing external business communications and internal team collaboration to ensure seamless event execution. • Strong market insight with solid skills in creating effective PowerPoint presentations and business reporting. • Fluent English communication and writing skills are required. Korean fluency (speaking, reading, writing) is highly preferred for handling international projects.
