[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] O Sourcing & Recruitment - Use diversified sourcing channels, enlarge the talent pool - Recruit high quality and potential candidates for business extension and replacement, for office and retail positions - Closely follow new joiners¡¯ onboarding and their integration into existing team
O Development - Identify key talents within teams, work with management and L&D team on key talents development and retention - Implement LVMH talent management initiatives: Retail Talent Review, Management Trainee program, etc.
O Performance Management - Implement and monitor regular performance review for teams (Annual appraisal, Mid-Year review, etc.) - With support from APAC C&B team, manage the full process of salary review: performance rating, increment proposal, and post-validation communication
O Manpower Planning & Budgeting - Based on business needs, collaborate with Senior Management on organization design and manpower planning - Work closely with C&B and Finance to prepare budgets and revisions, and monitor staff cost regularly
O Employee Relations - Build trust with teams and be the go-to person for employment and daily work-related matters - Conduct monthly store visits to gather firsthand information about the working atmosphere and detect any potential labor issues
O Payroll Process & Reporting - Prepare monthly payroll data (executed by external vendor) - Review pension and tax-related filings from payroll vendor - Liaise with Finance on payroll cost allocation and accrual - Responsible for monthly HR reports to regional and HQ: headcounts, FTE, turnover, etc.
O Working Relationships - Reports directly to the General Manager – South Korea - Functional reporting to HR Director Asia Pacific (based in Singapore) - Cooperates closely with BRAND APAC HR team, and local Finance & Operations team - Manage one team member and external vendors and relations

- 8~15 years solid working
experience in HR fields, ideally has rotated into different roles:
- Business partnering, recruitment, L&D or
C&B
- Relevant industry experience
with multinational organizations, ideally in a retail environment
- Result-driven, has good
business sense, well organized and attentive to details
- Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills, ability to deal with all levels of stakeholders
- Mental agility to swift in a
dynamic environment.
