Scope & Categories
  • Kimberly-Clark is reimagining its content strategy to keep pace with rapidly evolving consumer behaviors. We are shifting from branded content that drives awareness-led shopping to user-generated content that powers discovery-led shopping. This role will lead key initiatives such as the Content Factory (e.g., AI-generated content) and Marketing Analytics.

    Key Interfaces: Marketing COE, Market Leads, Delivery Teams, Vendor Partners

Key Responsibilities

  • Define a winning product strategy and develop a 6–12 month roadmap for AI content and analytics initiatives.
  • Advance our Generative AI charter to help Kimberly-Clark win in the marketplace through content innovation.
  • Understand current and emerging business needs, and prioritize initiatives that drive efficiency and growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing partners, delivery teams, and stakeholders to align on product vision and priorities.
  • Evaluate build/buy/partner options to create a scalable and sustainable content ecosystem.
  • Lead pilot programs in regional markets and scale successful initiatives.
  • Advocate for emerging technologies, tools, and processes to drive innovation.
  • Manage the product development lifecycle: write user stories, define backlogs, align priorities, and lead Agile ceremonies.
  • Manage vendor relationships and influence software roadmaps based on SLAs and pricing models.
  • Translate strategic vision into tactical user stories and MVPs, and guide the team to deliver impactful outcomes.

Leadership Competencies / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in IT or a business discipline and 5-10 years of experience
  • Deep understanding of and experience with Social platforms, Generative AI and analytics
  • Strong experience with capability/product development, including MVP definition, road mapping, feature prioritization and go-to-market strategy
    Ability to inspire a team to act as a small business jointly accountable for its product
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship-building skills conducive to collaboration at all levels
  • Able to learn new business processes, adapt quickly, and proactively lead change for DTS and the Business
  • Extensive expertise in educating business teams on technologies
  • Excellent relationship management skills (collaboration, facilitation, communication) and the ability to engage business team members using business and industry terms
  • Experience on an Agile team
