Over 80 employees with operations in the US and Asia, and US based R&D center, and has achieved CAGR of 40% over the past 5 years being included in Inc 5000 5 years in a row.

Title: General Manager / COO – Korea

Company is looking for an exceptional individual as GM/COO of Korea. Will work closely together with CEO and current Directors to execute on business objectives and strategy.

Responsibility:

· Lead and conduct transparent communication between Head office US and Korea office

· Develop and maintain safety and quality-oriented team and culture

· Champion innovation efforts, cost reduction programs & continuous improvement efforts

· Operational leader: Integrate cross functional operational functions for maximum performance

· Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers

· Ensures manufacturing, cost and quality goals are met.

· Build trusted relationships with employees in Korea and USA

· Support technology transfers from R&D to production

· Develop a good understanding of markets and industry of the company

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in leadership and other managerial position in manufacturing roles

· Korean and English speaking and writing skills

· Technical degree: MBA preferred

· Good understanding of business finance
