[Responsibilities] - Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with corporate and regional objectives, driving sustainable growth in the Korean market - Engage and build strong relationships with senior executives at client organizations to position the full value of solutions - Upsell existing clients from single-product usage to full platform adoption, maximizing client value and solution penetration - Identify and develop new business opportunities across the territory, leveraging culturally relevant sales and marketing approaches - Serve as the executive sponsor for CRO and VAR partners, deepening partner engagement and integrating solutions across the broader ecosystem - Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, driving accountability, pipeline management, and continuous skill development - Represent the company as a thought leader in the Korean life sciences industry at major events, and align closely with global teams to support compliance and strategic initiatives
[QUALIFICATIONS] - Over 15 years of solutions-related sales/business development leadership experience at a major life science and/or multinational IT-related company; experience with solutions selling - At least 10+ years of people management capability - Familiarity with the management style and culture of multinational foreign companies, and preferably experience in a multinational US company - Fluency in both English and Korean will be advantageous - A Bachelor¡¯s degree is required, and an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred - General knowledge of life sciences and the clinical trial industry is desirable, while understanding of the clinical development, or clinical IT ecosystem will be a plus
