- Collaborate with the Sales Team to provide outstanding customer support

- Communicate effectively with sales people, customers and other key stakeholders
- Create, manage and follow up on quotations
- Manage the end-to-end order process, proactively resolving issues related to Manufacturing plants, logistics, and warehouse.
- Forecast and Inventory management
- Administer and provide ongoing support for E-Commerce platforms
- Coordinate and balance customer needs

• Bachelor¡¯s degree or equivalents

• Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience in B2B environment
• Experience of using CRM and ERP systems (SAP/ Oracle knowledge helpful)
• Good command of English
