- Develop short & long term Brand business Objective, Strategy, Plan for product, campaign, budget
- Develop and manage product portfolio in Korea territory align with HQ
- Manage target numbers such as revenue, P&L, A&P and monitor business forecasting yearly, quarterly, monthly basis
- Manage NPD(New Product Development) process and New product launch with pricing, distribution channel, communication, leading and collaborating with cross functional teams
- Team management
