Associate Digital Marketing Manager

[담당업무]

Seasonal Campaign Planning & Execution
* Support planning and execution of seasonal key campaigns across digital and social media touchpoints
* Align campaign messaging and content strategy with global guidelines and local market priorities
* Collaborate with global teams to localize strategies, provide market feedback, and report on campaign results
Social Media Operations
* Manage local social channels, including content planning, scheduling, and execution of social campaigns
* Coordinate campaign messaging across owned and paid platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice, content strategy, and seasonal priorities
Content Development & Partnerships
* Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to produce content in partnership with creators and influencers
* Support localization and adaptation of digital content for the Korea market
Commerce & Channel Support
* Maintain consistency of brand messaging across e-commerce and wholesale media touchpoints
* Coordinate media deliverables to support commercial initiatives
* Reporting & Management
* Support the media lead on budget planning and performance tracking
* Prepare and manage regular reporting to support internal alignment and global communication

[자격요건]

* 5-8 years of relevant experience in social media management, digital campaigns, and content marketing
* Ability to plan content storytelling with aesthetic sensibility and alignment to brand tone
* Fluent in Korean, with professional proficiency in English(written and spoken)
* Bachelor’s degree required
* Fashion, luxury, or lifestyle industry preferred
