[포지션] eBeam Apps Engineer (Field Application Engineer)

[주요업무]

1.    12인치 fab 근무하며 자체 개발한 eBeam Inspection tool을 이용하여 inspection recipes 작성

2.    수율 손실을 줄이기 위한 wafer inspection 및 분석업무 수행

3.    측정된 데이터 파이프 라인 감독 및 data quality 모니터링

4.    Python 프로그래밍 능력 

[Main responsibilities are (but not limited to)]

• Work in 300mm fab and write inspection recipes on PDF’s e-beam tools.
• Drive wafer inspection and perform analysis reduce yield loss on some of the world`s most advanced ICs.
• Oversee the data pipeline from measurement and monitor data quality and health of tool.
• Perform R&D and experiments for improving and optimizing recipes based on data analysis
• Lead complex engineering projects and drive continuous business process improvement and automation
• Python programming capability

[자격요건]

1.    4년제 대학교 이상 공과계열 전공자(학사 또는 석사학위)

2.    광학(optical)을 포함한 inspection tool 사용 경험

3.    비즈니스 수준 영어

 

[우대조건]

1.    Spotfire, Exensio 등 데이터 분석 소프트웨어 사용 가능자

2.    반도체 layout drawing 및 viewing 소프트웨어 사용 가능자

3.    전자빔(eBeam), SEM/TEM 관련 지식 보유자

4.    Sub-20 nanometer FinFET 기술 경험자

5.    Java, C#, C++, Ruby, Rerl 등의 프로그래밍 언어 가능자

 

[Education and Experience]

·       Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, applied physics or equivalent engineering degrees

·       Python programming experience

·       Experience working with inspection tools, including optical, voltage-contract or spectroscopy

·       Ability to work in production environment and respond to customer promptly requests with high standard results

·       Proficiency in Korean, Good at verbal and written communication in English
