Activities:
- Develop and execute sale growth strategies for both partner retail stores and omni channels
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to optimize strategies accordingly
- Analyze sales performance data to identify key drivers and opportunities to boost performance
- Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to stakeholders
- Conduct regular business meetings with partner company owners and store managers to review performance and align on key objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, merchandising, customer service etc.) to ensure consistent execution of product launches, campaigns and channel operations
- Lead cross-functional projects and execution of joint initiatives and in-store campaigns to drive revenue and improve customer experience across all touchpoints
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and brand visual merchandising guidelines in stores
- Work closely with the e-commerce and CRC team to deliver a seamless customer experience and resolve channel conflicts
- Execute business development and commercial related projects

- Min. 10 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in the high-end retail industry (luxury jewelry and watch is a plus)

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Proven ability to analyze business data and translate insights into actions

- Self-motivated, proactiveness, results-driven, and proactive in cross-functional environments

- In-depth understanding of omni-channel sales and customer journey optimization

- Solid local network with key agencies within luxury market in Korea

- Proficient in systems and reporting tools, English fluency required (Written and spoken)
