  • - Oversee daily operations of the chocolate business, ensuring premium product presentation, stock levels, and exceptional customer service are maintained. 
  • - Coordinate with café and restaurant partners to manage day-to-day operations and serve as the face of Manage F&B request from VICs and Celebrities while upholding luxury standards across all F&B experiences.
  • - Coordinate closely with the store team, PCR and Communication to manage reservations and seating logistics for VICs, ensuring a seamless and personalized hospitality experience.
  • - Lead and supervise two teams of the Chocolate team and the F&B Hostess team providing clear direction, training, scheduling, and support to uphold excellence in client experience.

[ ÀÚ°ÝÁ¶°Ç ]

  • - 7+ years¡¯ experience in high-end hotel and/or fine dining restaurant operations
  • - Proven experience managing VIP guests in high-touch service environments
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • - Fluent in written and spoken English
  • - Prior experience in luxury retail and international hospitality settings, especially within a multi-concept environment (preferred)
