Job position : Medical Review Specialist

Organizational context: reporting to Head of Medical Review and Governance

Job Purpose and Key Responsibilities

The key purpose of this role is to ensure that all promotional and non-promotional materials are compliant with regulatory requirements and internal and external written standards, and contribute to the GSK risk management in terms of Medical Governance

Medical Review (Promotional/Non-promotional material review, named as ¡®Copy Approval¡¯) :

• Review and approve promotional, non-promotional materials based on internal GSK standards and external requirements such as laws and pharmaceutical industrial code related to the advertisement and promotion.

• Implement appropriate material review process and systems for effective business operations.

Medical Governance Responsibilities:

• Ensure backend management monitoring relevant to copy approval is executed according to plan

• Deliver trainings to stakeholders for their knowledge on GSK code and local regulations related to advertisement and promotion.

• Execution/Support of Medical Governance tasks for GSK risk management under the Internal Control Framework
