Market Access Manager  - ¿Ü±¹°èÁ¦¾à»ç

[Responsibilities]

  • ¡Ü Establish market access strategy for company new products, especially for oncology and specialty, and implementing the strategy to secure optimal patient access with fair value pricing
  • ¡Ü Communicate the value access roadmap and market access strategies for company portfolio with the regional and global team, ensures timely and effective response to having clear alignment on local strategy
  • ¡Ü Support policy agenda to shape healthcare environment and pricing policies to enable better patient access for new drugs and lead key external stakeholder engagement
  • ¡Ü Strong engagement with payers, policy makers, medical experts to be understood, with access to high quality, relevant and fair-balanced value message of company products to ensure value- based decision making
  • ¡Ü Provides strong leadership and guidance to team and cross-functional stakeholders in the area of patient access, healthcare policy and HEOR


[Requirements]

- 8+ years of related experience within the pharmaceutical industry 
- Fluent in English speaking, writing and reading
- Strategic mindset with problems solving, and analytical ability
- In-depth understanding for market access area (healthcare system, pricing policy, HEOR)
