▷ Responsibilities
- Based on the alignment and guidelines from global application engineering, Sales, product management, business development and head of department Semicon glass solutions, support and coordinate all technical activities relat ed to Semicon glass solutions and supporting the daily business and customer interaction as well as the sustaina ble business growth and development.
- Maintain and develop technical competence to ensure the customer and business development needs are fulfilled with excellent technical support and expertise. Therefore, conduct technology and market studies, understand cus tomer applications and our internal glass and process competencies in detail, trigger and coordinate technical evaluation, studies & testing with internal and external parties.
- Works closely with local sales and coordinate daily technical support to customers regarding development, tech nical issues and complaints related to Semiconductor glass solutions. Organize customer visits with reports and provide all necessary service incl. on-site production support. Supports and drives business development activities with technical expertise as well as customer and market understanding. Act as a bridge between the SBF and local customers.
- Identifies new leads, opportunities and projects with growth potential together with local sales & business devel opment and make contribution based on technical expertise with the implementation of project management pro cess. Develop new applications with clear customer orientation and business target and coordinate the execution. Drives innovations and coordinate customer workshops, IP filings in the alignment with SBFs.
- Understands in detail the application, market and customer needs as well as customer roadmaps and market trends and gives input to the product and solution development, the roadmaping# to support the profitable growth of the business.
- Follow strictly company policy including core values and compliance.

▷ Qualifications
- Bachelor, or Master or Ph.D. Degree majored in Materials, Physics or Chemistry with more than 3-year working experience in the industry of glass or optical materials/components with proven experience on leadership and project manage ment.
- Solid working experience and knowledge on application engineering in the field of technical glass, optical materi als/coatings or other inorganic materials and/ or Semiconductur applications/ manufacturing is required.
- Strong analytical skills on inorganic materials and/ or Semiconductor technology.
- Preferably Semiconductor technology or manufacturing expertise
- Customer and international oriented.
- Capability of work independently and solve problem initially
- Strong communication skill and a good team player
- Self-motivated with good organization skills
- Fluent in English and Korean, with both written and oral communication skills.
