- Achieve assigned annual sales target.
- Driving sustainable & profitable growth by building and implementing differentiated sales strategies based on understanding the market
- Collaboration with distributors with the building good relationship at assigned territories to drive the sales growth of ***product lines
- Intercommunication with Sales Manager, Marketing, Technical Service and administrative department to build proper strategies to penetrate the market with *** products
- Induce the demand for new products to successfully settle as well as create the new opportunities in the territories
- Establish the appropriate business plans within target customer base and existing competitors sales activities to identify sales opportunities in conjunction with Sales Manager and distributors
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic sales plans
- Provide supports including trainings to customers, distributors within the assigned territory to achieve individual and company goals
- Domestic traveling to the regional territories for the distributor management & field-calls, customer visit, congress participation, workshop support
- Traveling to the overseas countries for attending product training and the congress & workshop
- Perform the maximum coverage of all accounts within territories to retain optimized level of appearance and effective time management
- Behave within the budget adherence to company policies and compliance

[ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç]

- Bachelor¡¯s degree
- 2-5 years of sales experience in the medical device industry
- Electrosurgical equipment in the medical device industry sales experience is preferred
- Territory management in the multinational medical device company is preferred
- Team Spirit, Good interpersonal skills and harmonization with colleagues
- Passionate, Result-oriented, Field-oriented
- Self-Resilience and reliance
- Clear communications with others
- Proficient in English
