[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] - Deploy brand marketing strategies and communications standards, including the setting of local brand marketing vision, brand execution guidelines, style guides for short and long term aligned with business & global strategies. - Act as a brand custodian to help grow brand awareness, acquire new customers, drive traffic/conversion and enhance the entire customer experience. - Proactively identify business needs, marketing and customer trends, being sensitive and responsive to the changing customer and market needs - Responsible for all marketing functions within the team covers branding, online and offline campaign, social media, digital marketing, public relations, CRM and trade activities etc. - Establish and implement a complete and integrated / omni-channel marketing and communications plan for the brand in Korea to ensure a seamless customer journey and best-in-class brand experience. - Define and formulate KPI-driven integrated marketing plans to maximize consumer reach across different digital channels. - Help drive sales and increased growth through storytelling and developing campaigns to create an elevated brand. - Manage local marketing budget, and oversee budget allocations, from planning through to execution. - Develop and maintain key working relationship with external partners, including KOLs, celebrities and external agencies. - Maximize, define and formulate digital marketing / social media strategies and initiatives to maximize the brand exposure and sales opportunities - Oversee daily operations of the chocolate business, ensuring premium product presentation, stock levels, and exceptional customer service are maintained. - Coordinate with café and restaurant partners to manage day-to-day operations and serve as the face of BRAND. Manage F&B request from VICs and Celebrities while upholding luxury standards across all F&B experiences. - Coordinate closely with the store team, PCR and Communication to manage reservations and seating logistics for VICs, ensuring a seamless and personalized hospitality experience. - Lead and supervise two teams of the Chocolate team and the F&B Hostess team providing clear direction, training, scheduling, and support to uphold excellence in client experience. - Collaborate with store teams and external partners to align on service expectations, promotional activities, and guest experience enhancements. - Reporting to Shinsegae Main Operation Director, this position manages about 10+ direct Reports.

- Minimum of 7 years¡¯ experience in
high-end hotel and/or fine dining restaurant operations - Proven experience managing VIP guests
in high-touch service environments - Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal
stakeholders and external partners - Strong command of both written and
spoken English - Highly detail-oriented, calm under
pressure, and solution-driven - Willingness to work flexible hours,
including weekends and event days as required - Passion for delivering exceptional
guest experiences and representing a luxury brand with professionalism and
poise - Prior experience in luxury retail and
international hospitality settings, especially within a multi-concept
environment (e.g., boutique + café/restaurant) - Familiarity with clienteling practices
and working with VICs or international clientele - Experience working in cross-cultural
or international teams, particularly within global luxury brands
