  • 1. Customer Technical Support:
  • - Answer customer inquiries via phone/email.
  • - Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, reagents.
  • - Monitor instruments proactively via dashboard tools.

  • 2. Case Management:
  • - Use support systems to track and resolve cases.
  • - Collaborate with off-hours and local teams.

  • 3. Customer Satisfaction:
  • -Maintain composure in difficult situations.
  • -Improve Net Promoter Score (NPS).

  • 4. Cross-functional Coordination:
  • -Work with internal teams to resolve recurring or complex issues.
  • -Promote remote support as the primary point of contact.


ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç

  • Education:
  • -Bachelor's in Clinical Lab, Biomedical Engineering, or Life Sciences.
  • -Master¡¯s in Biology/Human Biochemistry is a plus.

  • Experience:
  • -At least 6 years of experience in:
  • Clinical lab operations
  • Field application support
  • Troubleshooting lab systems and reagents

  • Language Proficiency:
  • -Must be fluent in the language of Korean & English
  • -Proficiency in English for internal communication and documentation.
