- - Answer customer inquiries via phone/email.
- - Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, reagents.
- - Monitor instruments proactively via dashboard tools.
- 2. Case Management:
- - Use support systems to track and resolve cases.
- - Collaborate with off-hours and local teams.
- 3. Customer Satisfaction:
- -Maintain composure in difficult situations.
- -Improve Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- 4. Cross-functional Coordination:
- -Work with internal teams to resolve recurring or complex issues.
- -Promote remote support as the primary point of contact.
ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç - Education:
- -Bachelor's in Clinical Lab, Biomedical Engineering, or Life Sciences.
- -Master¡¯s in Biology/Human Biochemistry is a plus.
- Experience:
- -At least 6 years of experience in:
- Clinical lab operations
- Field application support
- Troubleshooting lab systems and reagents
- Language Proficiency:
- -Must be fluent in the language of Korean & English
- -Proficiency in English for internal communication and documentation.
