• Drive innovation and progress in clean energy technologies
• Initiate and expand deep technical collaborations, playing a key role in advancing market opportunities in fuel cells, water electrolysis, and battery and energy storage

• PhD or Master degree in Materials Science and Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Polymer, or Chemistry

• A minimum of 5 years battery or other electrochemical system experience

• Strong technical acumen with ability to interface with leading research scientists

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to efficiently resolve technical issues

• Competence in project management.
