Position Overview The Junior Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and supporting the sales pipeline through proactive lead generation and event coordination. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates eager to develop a career in sales, with a strong focus on communication, organization, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities ¡Ü Research, identify, and qualify potential leads through various channels (online research, inbound inquiries, CRM, events, etc.) ¡Ü Initiate outreach to prospects via email, phone, and social media to generate interest and schedule meetings for the sales team ¡Ü Support the planning, coordination, and execution of sales events (webinars, trade shows, conferences, etc.) ¡Ü Assist in preparing event materials, managing registrations, and following up with event attendees ¡Ü Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development Managers to align lead generation and event strategies ¡Ü Track and report on lead generation and event metrics to sales management ¡Ü Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-up ¡Ü Provide administrative support to the inside sales team as needed Requirements ¡Ü Bachelor¡¯s degree (or currently pursuing) ¡Ü Strong verbal and written communication skills ¡Ü Excellent organizational and time management abilities ¡Ü Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn ¡Ü Comfortable with outreach via phone, email, and social media ¡Ü Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment ¡Ü Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus ¡Ü Previous internship or experience in sales, marketing, or event coordination is an advantage but not required |
