O Training Development, Planning, and Implementation (35%)
- Perform needs assessments to identify training opportunities for corporate level and all office employees across all divisions.
- Set the training priorities and map out annual learning programs such as Leadership, Communication or additional corporate driven training including e-Learning courses
- Implement and oversee timely training programs aligned with corporate needs, including general competency development and HR cycle-based programs (onboarding, promotion, leadership, people review, performance management, etc.).
- Design and deliver tailored training programs that address the shared business needs of all office employees, including specific Key Talent Programs for Central & Domestic divisions tailored for selected individuals based on their requirements.
- Evaluate solutions not only for quality assurance but also for cross-organization and corporate standardization
- Keep track of training progress, complete ad hoc reporting as necessary, manage training data in HRIS and develop training Dashboard
- Seek and support new approaches, practices and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of training services offered
- Lead the collaboration with internal stakeholders (division training teams) and external partners (external vendors) on the development and execution of programs
- Collaborate with Company Group HR to support and localize regional training programs, ensuring effective communication of objectives and successful execution.
- Plan and oversee the annual training budget, ensuring monthly tracking and timely expense management.

O Talent Management & Strategic Capability Development (35%)
- Lead enterprise-wide talent management initiatives including identification, people review coordination, and capability planning across Central and Domestic divisions.
- Partner with HRBPs and division heads to define talent profiles, success criteria, and career progression frameworks.
- Design and manage development journeys based on potential, readiness, and business needs, ensuring differentiated growth plans.
- Co-lead the succession planning process by identifying successors for critical roles and creating development action plans to strengthen internal talent pipelines.
- Integrate talent strategy with L&D programs to build sustainable leadership capacity and enhance cultural alignment.
- Analyze key talent data (e.g., people review trends, promotion velocity, retention risks) and provide executive-level insights for decision-making.

O e-Learning Operation and Content Curation (30%)
- Identify e-Learning roadmaps and develop an updated content curation; Define specific learning objective and target audience for each e-Learning content; Develop new contents based on the needs from each division
- Plan campaigns to cultivate a proactive workflow e-Learning culture; Execute promotions or needs survey for an active use of the e-Learning app/web
- Keep monitoring LCMS, manage users¡¯ learning data and create e-Learning data report to provide actionable insights for commercial division
- Handle issues related to system maintenance and modification; Manage training administrators¡¯ accounts and support for their activities in the back-end site
- Execute a plan of e-Learning system advancement and review the services from vendors
- Closely communicate with Group and vendors based in Singapore for all data management issues
- Collaborate with vendor e-Learning team for an efficient operation and management of the e-Learning platform.
