 - Bachelor's Degree Holder

 - 10+ years of relevant retail experience, preferably in luxury fashion industry.

 - 3+ years of experience as a retail manager (Not retail operation manager)

 - Problem-solving skills to analyze issues and autonomously develop and propose alternatives options

 - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet business needs

 - Ability to work at fast paced environment and changing trends

 - Self-motivated and independent but also a good team player

 - Basic understanding of Korean labor laws and HR rules

 - Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
