- Coordinate customs clearance procedures with external agencies
- Manage customer shipments through the 3PL, organized by sales channel
- Operate and maintain the OMS (Order Management System) for each channel
- Conduct monthly inventory closing and reporting
- Monitor and follow up on physical inventory counts
- Oversee daily operations and performance of 3PL partners
- Support additional SCM and operational tasks as needed
