Overview

We are looking for a strategic and collaborative Korea Lead for Xbox¡¯s regional market strategy, customer insights, and partnership development across key international markets. This role will serve as the central hub for regional intelligence and execution, ensuring our products, content, and go-to-market plans are deeply rooted in local player needs and market dynamics.

Qualifications

- 11+ years of experience in regional strategy, product marketing, or partnerships within the gaming, tech, or entertainment industry.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Deep understanding of cultural nuances and consumer behavior in international markets.
- Strategic thinker with strong executional rigor and a passion for delivering player-first experiences.

Responsibilities

Regional Market Intelligence & Strategic Foresight

  • Serve as the global center of excellence for regional market intelligence by partnering with Business Planning and cross-functional analytics teams.
  • Drive a forward-looking insights agenda by synthesizing macro trends, player behaviors, and competitive dynamics across priority markets.
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies that shape Xbox¡¯s global and regional priorities, product roadmaps, and investment decisions.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, providing market foresight that informs long-term growth planning.

Regional Product & Content Strategy Leadership

  • Lead the development of regionally nuanced product and content strategies that reflect local player expectations and cultural context.
  • Champion localization and innovation in product experiences to ensure Xbox offerings are deeply relevant and differentiated in-market.
  • Partner with Studios, Product, and Engineering to advocate for regional feature enhancements and content pipelines.
  • Ensure content availability, discoverability, and resonance to position Xbox as the platform of choice in every market.

Integrated Go-to-Market & Ecosystem Expansion

  • Architect and oversee end-to-end go-to-market strategies that align regional execution with global brand and business objectives.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Operations to deliver cohesive and impactful market launches.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships—including non-endemic brands—that amplify Xbox¡¯s cultural relevance and ecosystem reach.
  • Build and nurture high-impact relationships that elevate Xbox¡¯s presence and influence in key cultural and commercial arenas.
