Executive Assistant
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Help to make the best use of SVP/MD and SLT¡¯s time by dealing with providing professional secretarial service.
Works closely with SVP/MD to provide professional secretarial support.
Assist Senior Leadership Team (SLT) on specific areas.
Key Responsibilities:
SVP/MD Support:
Organize and prioritize overall SVP/MD¡¯s business schedule
Overall MD office management coordination to support the daily activities of the GM
Work on various projects and tasks assigned by the GM
Communication to colleagues on business coordination daily
Organize and store hardcopy documents and softcopy files, etc. and provide to SVP/MD when necessary
Take meeting minutes for SVP/MD and circulate it to participants
Plan and organize events hosted by SVP/MD
Ad-hoc support for SVP/GM if required
Communicate with global stakeholders to support SVP/MD
Coordinate & implement global visit plan and logistics
Coordinate business trip arrangements (flight, accommodation, expense claim, etc.)
Manage SVP/GM¡¯s monthly expense claim via internal system
SLT Support:
Support to arrange x-functional SLT meeting
Coordinate business trip arrangements (flight, accommodation etc.)
Global visitor coordination (VP above)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
:
Fast learner, detail oriented, results driven mindset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
Fluent in written and spoken English is a must
Commercial and business knowledge preferred
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
More than 3 years of progressive experience
Mature, positive attitude, well-organized with flexibility, a self-starter with enthusiasm and energetic attitude
