Senior Specialist, Sales Finance, Finance Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: The cornerstone activity of this role is consistency, transparency, planning, analyzing, reporting, and partnering with all relevant stakeholders in alignment with globally defined standardized guidelines and processes for Retail, eCom and WHS business planning & Corporate reporting. Key Responsibilities: • Be a member of Korea FP&A team as a Sales Finance to support all relevant tasks including budgeting, rolling forecasting, various regular reporting, variation analysis and financial analysis. • Be a strong data analyst and through big data file and system data from SAP, MicroStrategy and BI to analyze business and prepare reports. • Ensure transparency on business performance drivers and building sustainable ¡°performance management culture¡± within the sales functions. • Enhance and improve working methods for day-to-day processes and systems. • Prepare regular reports for delivering communication packages and presentations incl. but not limited Monthly Financial Reports, store PL, Capex, Net Sales trackers. • Responsible for planning, analyzing and controls mainly for Retail Net Sales and OOH incl. but not limited to PEX, T&E, Depreciation, etc. • Input of planning data in the systems based on local FP&A and Global schedule and guidelines. • Various team project supports Key Relationships: • Korea FP&A team • Channel Planning teams in business functions • Global Sales Finance functions • GBS FP&A team Knowledge Skills and Abilities: • University degree preferably in from Data Analysis, Finance, Economics or Logistics related major. • 2-4 years of work experience in analysis related field. • Knowledge of data analysis tools and system such as Power BI, MicroStrategy and SAP is preferred. • Preferable experience in the sport or clothing industry • Strong on logical thinking, quick-learner and can work under pressure. • Advanced MS Excel (VBA and Macro preferred) and PPT skills • Knowledge of supply chain management and retail industry is an advantage. • Understanding of the interactions and dynamics within an international organization • Fluent written and spoken in English / Korean • Strong interpersonal skills (e.g., relationship management, facilitation) AT ADIDAS WE HAVE A WINNING CULTURE.
