A day in your life with us
As a Remote Sales Generalist, you¡¯ll support private customers before purchase, across all communication channels, by:

• Providing product and service information, as well as stock availability for the kitchen range
• Lead about kitchen-related campaigns and commercial activities
• Conducting planning sessions for kitchen design and layouts
• Coaching customers and co-workers through the ordering process
• Placing kitchen orders on behalf of customers
• Managing kitchen-related sales leads
• Responding to information inquiries related to kitchen products
• Verifying customer plans based on design and planning guidelines
• Offering up to 1-hour virtual planning sessions with accurate designs and quotations
• Maintaining strong knowledge of IKEA kitchen products and market trends
• Supporting customers with design, sales closure, and pre-installation guidance

What You'll Need:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in remote sales
• Minimum 2 years of experience in kitchen planning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong collaboration and team-oriented mindset
