JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, issue VAT invoice and timesheets,
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Support compliance through GAAP and tax guidance and build the local process and policy base on the region/global guidance
• Monitor cash flow, invoice, and staff expenses.
• Assist in month-end closing and corporate tax filings, including VAT and other regulatory requirements.
• Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Coordinate with external auditors during audits.
• Utilize accounting software such as IFS for data entry and reporting.
• Provide financial analysis and reports to support management decisions.
• Undertake additional accounting duties as required.
