About the Team
The Platform Design Team at KRAFTON leads the design and experience of a consistent user experience and brand identity across the KRAFTON Publishing Platform.
- We design seamless user flows across the platform’s services.
- We develop design strategies that balance brand consistency and user-centric thinking, considering diverse channels, services, and markets.

What You’ll Be Working On
- UI/UX Planning and Strategy: We design the overall user experience of the platform, including UI/UX planning, user flows, and interactions.
- Design System Management: We build and maintain design systems and components to ensure a consistent brand experience.
- Data-Driven Problem Solving: Analyze user behavior and research insights to identify design opportunities and optimize user experience.
- Global Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing, etc.) across regions to design for global audiences and culturally diverse users.

- 7년 이상의 UI/UX 디자인 경력과 디자인 시스템을 직접 구축하고 운영한 경험
- Figma를 중심으로, 필요에 따라 Adobe CC 등의 툴을 활용해 서비스 목적에 맞는 화면과 사용자 흐름을 효과적으로 설계할 수 있는 역량
- 웹/모바일 환경에 대한 깊은 이해를 바탕으로 반응형 플랫폼에 적합한 사용자 중심 설계 경험
- 기획, 개발, 마케팅 등 다양한 유관 부서와의 협업 경험과 논리적이고 유연한 커뮤니케이션 역량
- 사용자의 관점에서 디자인 과제를 정의하고, 기획 단계부터 출시 후 개선까지 서비스 전 과정에 주도적으로 참여하고 적극적으로 기여한 경험
- 사용자 피드백, 리서치, 행동 데이터 등을 기반으로 UX를 반복적으로 개선한 경험
- 명확한 책임감과 오너십을 바탕으로 복잡한 UX 과제를 주도적으로 이끌거나 완수한 경험
- 해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 분
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Over 7 years of experience in UI/UX design, with hands-on experience in building and maintaining design systems
- Proficient in using Figma as the primary design tool, with the flexibility to utilize Adobe Creative Cloud and other tools when necessary to effectively design interfaces and user flows aligned with service goals
- Deep understanding of web and mobile environments, with proven experience in user-centered design for responsive platforms
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate logically and flexibly with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing
- Experience identifying design challenges from a user’s perspective and contributing actively throughout the entire product lifecycle—from planning to launch and continuous improvement
- Demonstrated ability to continuously improve user experiences through user feedback, research, and behavioral data analysis
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a track record of driving or completing complex UX challenges independently

The following experiences will be considered a strong plus.
- Strong communication skills in English or other languages (multilingual proficiency)
- Experience designing services or platforms for global users
- Experience collaborating with multinational teams, external partners, or regional teams
- Experience improving UX through A/B testing, experimentation, or data-driven design iterations
- Experience planning and designing brand experiences across various touchpoints
