- Develop, execute and propose Strategic Annual Business Plan by cooperation with Sales Team & Marketing Team
- Analysis of Market trend and Monitoring competitor performance
- Manage proper level of inventory in core key products to maximize sell-through and minimize inventory investment
- Participates in the consensus meeting to draw a demand forecast by common consent
- Develop analysis reports regular basis regarding to sales trends, category analysis, area trends
- Strong involve with sales team for product assortment planning for POS
- Communication contact point with region & global MD team
- Local Design (or SMU) development and management by season

- At least 10~15 years of relevant experience in Merchandiser
- Strong at planning and managing resources
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Proactive and open minded
