Project Manager(Architecture and Design )

[담당업무]

- Communicate company’s brand vision in all store /shop environments by maintaining design standards with good quality of work specifically tailored to the demands and requirements of business in each market.
- Prepare and inspect project documentation for project initiation
- Review all documentation and share with relevant teams
- Work closely with the local and NY design team for design development
- Supervise vendors to review drawings and finish samples
- Inspect/control construction and millwork to meet approved design
- Collaborate with decorative manager/VM for ordering and follow up
- Maintain project files related to store opening including punch list, photos and etc.
- Manage project schedule and cost

[자격요건]

- U-grad in Interior/Architecture or related field with more than 7 years of experience in Brand/Residential/Commercial/Hospitality Architecture/Interior Firms
- Good in AutoCAD. Able to read/understand plan, elevations, millwork drawings as required per project specifications.
- Ability to self-manage to meet required deadlines and budget/ Organized and accurate record keeping skill.
- Proficient level of English in writing & speaking.
