¢Ã Key Responsibilities: Supplier Performance Improvement: Lead supplier development projects and strategic initiatives to enhance Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) performance. Project Management: Oversee New Product Introduction (NPI) and Transfer of Work (ToW) activities using Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and strong project management practices. Process & Quality Assurance: Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence by aligning suppliers with internal industrial and quality standards. Supplier Interface: Act as the primary liaison between the company and suppliers, translating quality requirements and facilitating the implementation of best practices. Operational Support: Drive improvements in product quality, process stability, and delivery reliability. Support production ramp-up plans by resolving supply chain bottlenecks and risk factors. Lean Deployment: Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize supplier operations and reduce supply chain costs. Strategic Sourcing Contribution: Assist in regional sourcing strategies through supplier scouting, evaluation, and qualification. Auditing & Compliance: Conduct industrial audits and process assessments, ensuring timely and effective resolution of non-conformities. Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks in coordination with key internal and external stakeholders.
¢Ã Travel Requirements: Domestic : Frequent supplier site visits for performance monitoring and development.
¢Ã Candidate Profile: ¢Ã Experience & Skills: - Proven experiece in supply chain development quality enginerring , or industrial operations within the automotive parts industry (perferably in the automotive sector). - Strong command of APQP, Lean Manufacturing, and quality auditing systems. - Effective cross-functional leadership, stakeholder engagement, and transformation management. - Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other regional languages is highly desirable. - Strong ethical orientation with a commitment to sustainability and compliance.
¢Ã Soft Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Assertive leadership with the ability to influence supplier behavior and drive change. - High degree of autonomy, strong organizational capability, and analytical acumen. - Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
