1. Recruitment
- Liaise with recruitment agencies for recruitment needs
- Handle recruitment assignments including shortlisting, arrange and conduct interviews
- For cases of referral/direct hires, conduct background checks, communicate on job offers
- Prepare onboarding and offboarding documents
2. HR Operations
- Create employee related documents, such as employment certificates, address proof for bank or necessary statement documents for visa applications
- Assist in reviewing, formulating and implementing HR and Admin policies
- Review the employee benefits program annually for health insurance renewal
- Follow up probation reviews & Assist in employee termination cases
- Organize for health insurance enrolment for staff passing probation
- Review of employment contract and terms with legal
- Set up procedures for expense reimbursement
3. Reporting
- Generating HR data and reports as required by country and Asia region office
- Maintain and update leave records for local and regional on quarterly basis
- Consolidation of Korea branch salary budget planning & travel expense forecast for Asia region office

- At least 1-3 years of experience in luxury retail industry
- Teamwork with Interpersonal & Communication skills
- Knowledge of store organization
- Competent knowledge of English
