Role Summary :
This role ensures the stable and efficient operation of local IT infrastructure while actively executing corporate and regional IT rollout plans. Reporting to the Local IS Manager, the Infrastructure Manager supports daily operations (L1) and coordinates with global/regional teams for escalations (L2/L3). This position serves as the local owner of rollout activities, overseeing implementation, local adaptation, testing, and end-user readiness to ensure successful deployment aligned with corporate IT strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage and monitor daily IT infrastructure operations (network, servers, store devices, Wi-Fi, etc.)
- Provide L1 support and escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams or Local IS Manager
- Lead local execution of global/regional infrastructure rollout plans
- Coordinate rollout schedules, testing, and user communication to ensure business continuity
- Collaborate with corporate IT teams to localize global initiatives and ensure compliance
- Oversee IT hardware/software procurement and maintain accurate inventory
- Liaise with external vendors for support, maintenance, and installations
- Assist in onboarding and supporting new systems, infrastructure projects, and upgrades
- Manage documentation related to local infrastructure configurations and rollouts
- Support IT expense reporting, purchase processing, and vendor billing coordination

주요 업무
- 네트워크, 서버, 매장 장비, Wi-Fi 등 IT 인프라의 일상 운영 모니터링 및 관리
- 1차(L1) 사용자 지원 제공 및 미해결 이슈를 L2/L3 팀 또는 IS 매니저에 에스컬레이션
- 글로벌/지역 인프라 롤아웃 계획의 지역 실행 주도
- 롤아웃 일정, 테스트, 사용자 커뮤니케이션 등을 조율하여 비즈니스 연속성 보장
- 글로벌 IT팀과 협업하여 글로벌 계획의 현지화 및 정책 준수
- IT 장비 및 소프트웨어 구매 관리, 재고 현황 유지
- 외부 벤더와의 설치, 유지보수, 지원 관련 커뮤니케이션
- 신규 시스템, 인프라 프로젝트 및 업그레이드 온보딩 및 지원
- 인프라 구성 및 롤아웃 관련 문서 관리
- IT 비용 보고, 구매 처리, 벤더 청구 관련 업무 지원 　

[자격요건]

경력: 경력 3~5년
학력: 대졸
직무기술: IT Infrastructure Specialist , IT Infrastructure

- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field

- 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or technical operations

- Familiarity with global rollout plans and ability to localize for business environments

- Knowledge of networking, endpoint management, server support, and IT asset handling

- Effective communicator with experience in global team coordination

- Strong organizational and documentation skills

- Fluent in Korean; English required for global IT alignment and reporting

- Experience in retail IT infrastructure is preferred

- IT 또는 관련 분야 학사 학위

- IT 인프라 또는 기술 운영 경력 3~5년

- 글로벌 롤아웃 계획에 대한 이해 및 현지 비즈니스에 맞춘 실행 역량

- 네트워크, 엔드포인트 관리, 서버 지원, IT 자산 관리에 대한 지식

- 글로벌 팀과의 협업 경험 및 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력

- 체계적인 문서 작성 및 정리 능력

- 영어는 글로벌 IT 보고 및 협업을 위한 영어실력 필수

- 리테일 환경에서의 IT 인프라 경험 우대
