[Position Summary]
This position will be responsible for the sales and development of server and infrastructure solutions in the Korean manufacturing sector. You will develop and implement sales strategies, connect with large manufacturing companies, OEMs, and system integrators (SIs), promote business implementation, and achieve sales targets and market share increases.

[Responsibilities]
- Focus on the leading Korean manufacturing companies (automobiles, electronics, semiconductors, heavy industry, etc.), and explore the needs of servers, storage, edge computing and data center solutions;
- Deeply explore the digital transformation needs of manufacturing customers (such as smart factories, industrial Internet of Things, data middle platform and other scenarios), and provide customized server/IT infrastructure solutions based on customer production processes and data management pain points (such as real-time data processing, equipment networking, AI quality inspection);
- Establish and maintain core customer relationships, visit regularly, identify project needs, promote the implementation of solutions and quotation negotiations, formulate industry customer maps and tiered order-taking strategies and long-term cooperation strategies;
- Completely manage the sales process: early customer communication, solution design, price discussion to contract signing, delivery and after-sales follow-up, collaborate with the technical team, carry out solution demonstrations, POC and tec

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in servers, storage or IT Experience in infrastructure solution sales, familiar with the Korean manufacturing ecosystem, with ecological customer resources, successful cases of manufacturing customers and need to provide personal performance certificates in the past 2 years;
- Familiar with the manufacturing production process (such as MES/ERP/SCADA system), understand the industrial scenarios requirements for server performance (low latency, high reliability, production line automation support, edge deployment);
- Familiar with the entire sales process, with experience in large customer negotiations and contract management;
- Proficient in using CRM systems and sales analysis tools;
- Native Korean fluency and professional working proficiency in Korean (essential for cross-border collaboration)
