• Manage the end-to-end sales operations process, including monthly sales closing and quarterly reviews.
• Coordinate with regional and global teams to ensure alignment on business targets and performance metrics.
2. Sales Operations Management:
• Oversee sales operations, including inventory management, demand planning, and sales performance tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and alignment with business goals.
• Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
3. Cross-Functional Communication:
• Act as a key liaison between sales, product, and finance teams to align on key business metrics.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication of business goals and performance expectations across departments.
• Prepare and present regular business performance reports to senior leadership.
Process Improvement and Efficiency:
• Continuously assess and improve business processes to reduce costs and enhance operational efficiency.
• Implement best practices for inventory management, demand forecasting, and sales operations.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure operational performance and drive continuous improvement.

• Minimum 12 years of experience in business planning, operations, or related fields.
• Bachelor¡¯s degree in business, Operations Management, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Advanced analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of sales operations, demand forecasting, and financial planning.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
