[Position] SCM Manager (차~부장급)

주요업무
1. 고객 납기 달성을 위한 적정 재고관리 및 불용재고 관리
2. Serve as the BU supply interface and coordinate with demand planning counterparts to ensure that CRDP and URDP remain aligned.
3. Manage forecast accuracy of Capacity/ Fab Utilization, and inventory.
4. Oversee wafer starts and make final decisions on starts.
5. Plan, manage, and set targets for inventory.
6. Execute product transfers per BU, manage suggested EOL devices.
7. Drive strategic builds and factory filler.
8. Provide BOQ supply input/coordination
9. Work with procurement and external manufacturing for external capacity.

필수조건
1. 관련학과 학사 이상 (SCM or 유관학과)
2. 제조업 (자동차, 전자 부품..) SCM 경력 12년 이상
3. 재고관리 (inventory control) 및 고객납입율 관리 (CRD%) 경력
4. Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
5. 영어회화 가능자

우대조건
1. 반도체 업종 경력
2. S&OP 경험
3. Experience in JDA/BY planning systems in the semiconductor industry
