£ªMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assure the delivery of the Induction programmes and Retail Excellence pathway for retail team
- Monitor the completion rate of Ilearn modules(e-learning) and track the level of understanding of client advisors
- Coach the store category experts/mangers in effectively train their teams(e.g. in-store activities, morning briefing¡¦), conduct store observation and provide the necessary on-the-spot coaching
- Monitor the delivery and the effectiveness of the retail training path centrally identified
- Partakes in regular store visits to contact training sessions, accurately assess skill-set at the point of sales, monitors field execution and effectiveness of all training efforts
- Design and deliver corrective actions(training and coaching related) and/or action plans connected with the mystery shopping results of the country or any other specific priorities
- Follows tangible indicators to measure the performance and business impact of all training activities, monitors retail KPIs (UPT, conversion rate etc.) and seek continual improvement and positive business impact
£ª PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor¡¯s Degree
- Ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 8 years (to 10 years) related experience
- Good knowledge of retail industry
- Excellent knowledge of English(written and verbal)
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-pace environment
- Ability to deal in a multitasking environment(flexibility, attention to detail, time management)
