Job Description

  1. OTB and BUYING
  • OTB planning by categories of responsible line based on category performance
  • Responsible for seasonal buying of the line in charge, planning for store level selection and sizing based on the OTB guideline
  • Strategically analyzed trend by synthesizing HQ brand direction with local market dynamics to develop effectively for the responsible line

 

  1. REPORTING
  • Update regular sales analysis (weekly, monthly)
  • Preparation for all sales relevant reports and product request/trend report to HQ
  • Other necessary reporting due to fit the occasion

 

  1. MERCHANDISE MANAGEMENT
  • Responsible for Launch to end sales and stock management of merchandise of line in charge for the season
  • Enhanced seasonal sales of the responsible line by providing strategic support to store and retail initiatives
  • Engaged in close cross-functional collaboration with Marketing/PR team to drive promotions of seasonal strategic initiatives and highlight focus products

 

  1. TRAINING
  • In charge of New Seasonal product and any product-related training to front-line staff
  • Provide Seasonal Style book to the stores for all the product information

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of Merchandising experience, luxury retail preferred in RTW
  • Possesses strategic agility
  • Ability to react quickly to changing demands of business
  • Excellent organizational skills and drive for results
  • Advanced Excel and PPT skills preferred
  • Strong ability to sense market trends and understand the local market
  • Strong communication skills across stores and cross-functional teams as well as HQ
  • Ability for frequent travel
  • Fluent English; knowledge of another foreign language is preferred
