Reception desk operation
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials
- Receive daily mail and deliveries, and notify recipients accordingly
- Manage visitor badges and parking tickets
Administrative Support
- Process common company expenses on a monthly basis
- Order and manage office supply inventory
- Oversee breakfast quality and quantity, and maintain positive relationships with suppliers
- Ensure the office is clean and well-maintained by coordinating with the building management office and janitorial staff
- Administer employee well-being programs
- Manage various vendors (e.g., rentals, floral arrangements, breakfast services)

- Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication

- Fundamental knowledge of facility maintenance and operations
