- - Build and maintain scientific partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in hematology.
- - Deliver clinical and medical information on approved and pipeline products.
- Identify educational and evidence gaps through field engagement and advisory activities.
- - Support investigator-initiated studies and communicate research needs internally.
- - Facilitate site feasibility, initiation, and issue management for clinical trials.
- - Share medical insights with internal teams to guide strategy and decision-making.
- - Provide internal training on disease areas and product knowledge.
- - Continuously update scientific and business knowledge via self-driven learning.
- - Attend congresses and lead scientific or strategic projects.
- - Support PV and health economics activities with medical input.

- - Relevant science background (e.g., medicine, pharmacy, life science).
- - Master¡¯s degree or higher (preferred).
- - 5+ years of field medical experience in the pharmaceutical industry (preferred).
- - Prior experience in oncology-related therapeutic areas (highly preferred).
- - Strong research, data interpretation, and publication review skills.
- - Familiarity with clinical trial design and processes.
- - Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
