Company Introduction:
I Care Counseling Center (아이케어 심리상담센터) is located near the entrance of the Camp Humphreys U.S. military base in Pyeongtaek city. We provide various mental health therapy services to mostly English-speaking or bilingual (English & Korean) clients from toddlers to adults.

Work Day: Monday to Friday
Work Hours: 9:00am to 6:00pm
Monthly Salary: between 2,600,000 KRW ~ 3,000,000 KRW (probational period will be 90% from the salary amount)

Job Responsibilities as an Intake Coordinator
The Intake Coordinator’s role can be understood in two key parts:
(1) client intake and scheduling, and (2) communication and documentation.

1. Client Intake and Scheduling
- Handling new client inquiries via phone calls and emails only.
- Explaining available services, therapists, and scheduling options to prospective clients.
- Coordinating and confirming intake appointments
- Gathering essential information from clients
- Verifying client insurance coverage and coordinating related inquiries.

2. Communication and Documentation
- Serving as the main point of contact between clients and therapists for intake-related matters.
- Entering client information accurately into the center’s database and updating information as needed.
