[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] We are looking for a proactive and
detail-oriented HR Specialist. The role covers a wide range of HR program
delivery including Training/Talent Management program, HR data management, and
people practices. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate local and global training programs, including scheduling,
attendance tracking, feedback collection, training results, and budget
management. Manage internal team feedback systems (CTSU), support analysis and
propose improvement actions. Organize onboarding and orientation programs for new hires; support
offboarding processes. Maintain HR records and systems related to hiring, transfers,
leaves, and exits.
Perform ad-hoc HR data analysis and reporting. Qualifications:
Bachelor¡¯s degree 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail Team player with a proactive, customer-service approach Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Communicate effectively across all levels of an organization High level of English proficiency required
