We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist. The role covers a wide range of HR program delivery including Training/Talent Management program, HR data management, and people practices.


Key Responsibilities:

 

Ÿ   Coordinate local and global training programs, including scheduling, attendance tracking, feedback collection, training results, and budget management.

Ÿ   Manage internal team feedback systems (CTSU), support analysis and propose improvement actions.

Ÿ   Organize onboarding and orientation programs for new hires; support offboarding processes.

Ÿ   Maintain HR records and systems related to hiring, transfers, leaves, and exits.

Ÿ   Perform ad-hoc HR data analysis and reporting.


Qualifications:

 

Ÿ   Bachelor¡¯s degree

Ÿ   3–5 years of relevant experience preferred

Ÿ   Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Ÿ   Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

Ÿ   Team player with a proactive, customer-service approach

Ÿ   Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ÿ   Communicate effectively across all levels of an organization

Ÿ   High level of English proficiency required
