Education and Experience

o BS degree in engineering, physics, chemistry, material science preferred

o Minimum 5 years’ experience & Max 10 years

o PI engineer & Semiconductor process(전공정/PKG후공정) experiences preferred

o Good communication skill in English

Responsibilities

o Responsible for providing technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support who are diagnosing,

troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems and/or complex software.

o Responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software.

o Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires an evaluation of identifiable factors.

Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
