[ 담당업무 ]
- Provide legal support and advice to all departments in Korea
- Draft, negotiate, and review corporate, commercial agreements, leasing agreements etc.
- Manage and resolve disputes
- Manage communications and interactions with government and/or regulatory authorities
- Manage compliance projects
- Oversee data privacy compliance
- Work with internal stakeholders and manage external counsel
[ 자격요건 ]
- 10+ years of experience in Retail, FMCG, Luxury industry (perferred)
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Korean lawyer (preferred)
