Leads end-to-end IT application projects aligned with strategies,
defining scope and deliverables with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with IT
governance and security standards, and proactively managing risks to enable
timely and efficient delivery

Ensures stable operation and continuous improvement of core business systems
by proactively managing performance, coordinating incident response, and
collaborating with users and service providers to enhance usability and minimize
disruptions

Analyzes business needs to identify IT-driven improvement opportunities, delivers
aligned solutions that enhance efficiency, and facilitates clear communication
between business and IT to ensure continuous value enhancement

Drives digital transformation by managing and developing BI dashboards, leading
automation initiatives with service providers, and fostering adoption of innovative
IT solutions through collaboration with business stakeholders

Bachelors in IT or equivalent subject is required
Min. 3 years’ experience in Leading IT project or a similar role
Min. 3 years’ experience in enterprise application management
Min. 3 years’ experience in application development
High level of IT project leadership & delivery skill is required
High level of Business process analysis & solution design skill is required
High level of BI tools knowledge is required
Intermediate level of experience with automation tools is preferred
Intermediate level of familiarity with IT governance and security is preferred
Intermediate level of experience with AI solutions is preferred
