Job Description


[Main Duties]
Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

Coordinate payroll processing in partnership with vendors to ensure accuracy in tax filings, insurance payments, and salary disbursements.
Manage monthly and year-end payroll closing, including tax adjustments and financial reporting.
Implement salary adjustments based on performance evaluations and ensure accurate reflection in payroll systems.
Administer employee welfare programs such as health check-ups, retirement plans, etc.
Process retirement and severance pay calculations, including handling Defined Contribution (DC) and Defined Benefit (DB) pension plans.
Ensure compliance with retirement-related regulations and maintain accurate reporting.
Provide guidance and education to employees regarding retirement plan options and benefits.
Manage time management system operations, including OT allowance calculation and payroll integration.


HC / budget Planning and forecast

Conduct impact analysis on compensation structures and employee personnel costs.
Maintain and update headcount (HC) planning and personnel distribution data, including annual, quarterly, and mid-term planning, for accurate forecasting.
Analyze FTE status and manage cost allocation considering FTE for each SBUs
Prepare and analyze monthly cash flow reports related to personnel and HR budget planning.


HR regulation and guidelines

Manage employee welfare programs and update related policies and regulations.
Organize HR system such as job level, job title and others which related to compensation
Manage temporary staffs policies and guideline


HRIS & Employee Data Management

Maintain and update employee master data, ensuring accuracy in salary, benefits, and workforce planning records.
Manage employee lifecycle transactions, including onboarding/offboarding and organizational changes in SAP.
Manage leave data in ESS/MSS systems and implement necessary system updates and improvements.
Manage the data accuracy on the systems
